    That is pretty high. Is that the calorie range set by SP? That could be the reason why the scale isn't moving the was you want it too... Re-do your goals and let me know what your calorie range is.

    I understand what you are going thru because it took me almost 6 weeks to see the scale inch down.. I measured myself and was able to see my progress in inches well before I seen the results on the scale. Please keep doing what you are doing... Now start tracking what you are eating and try staying within your calorie range. There is no quick fix on this journey and if you are committed to this you will reach your goals, I promise! You know the first/last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose. I am still fighting to break past my first 10 but I am NOT giving up and you shouldn't either!!!
