Time to refocus and evaluate myself. Where do I want to go from here? What can I do that will help me succeed? What is important to me? What am I committed to? I will take baby steps to get back into the swing of things. One thing at a time.

Fitness Minutes: 313,822

My Goals:
I desire to eat healthy and get sufficient nutrients. Exercise daily, adding more variety to my workouts, especially strength training and stretching.

BL Winter Challenge Goals: To continue with my increased strength training of 20 -30 minutes each day. Track nutrition and fitness each day. Continue with my cardio.

5% challenge Team: I am pretty much content with my weight, although another 3 - 4 pounds would be nice, 5 % is too much for me to lose. So, my goal is to maintain for myself, AND help motivate others to reach their goals!

My Program:
1. I'm striving for 20,000 steps per day.

2. 20 - 30 minutes of strength training each day.

3. Tracking my nutrition.

I am involved in several challenges that keep me moving all day long.

I drink 10 or more glasses of water each day. I am trying not to eat potatoes, rices, pasta, breads, any thing with a lot of carbs after 2:00 p.m. I'm working on getting more protein into my diet as well.

Personal Information:
I am a child of God and strive to glorify Him with my thought, words and actions each day.

    I've had a rough couple of years too. Maegann is finally coming out of all the not-so-great life choices that caused her more anxiety and she's almost to graduate Cosmetology school about the same time she turns 18! She's kept things crazy!

    Isaac's been attending high school (he's in sophomore year now) and I know he'd like to be home again, but he really has grown with the social immersion therapy that school offers. Autism is sure fun.

    Tim started a new job a year ago and he loves it, but he's tired of travel as he's had to go back and forth to Reno on a project there for about 3-4 months now.

    I just had a minor surgery (nothing major at all) and just got back from a fun weekend in Seattle with Maegann. My knee is still not a happy camper (arthritis now) but I did it!
