08/03/11 - After losing 30 lbs in 2009 and keeping it off for most of 2010... I have gained back much of it. As of Aug 2011 I am 8 lbs away from my original Sparkpeople starting weight and I need to get back into a healthy routine and start losing again.

12/27/08 - My goal is to make excercise and good nutrition part of my everyday life. My life is already full with family, friends, and career and I'm pretty happy with my life overall. For this reason, its important that my plan to add excercise and good nutrition integrates into my life without feeling like its disrupting my life.

I want to find a balance, maximizing the benefits of good nutrition and excercise while minimizing the disruption to my life overall. As I define my plan, I will continually weigh the benefits vs the "disruptions." Tweaking things as I go to create a plan that add to the quality of my life without taking away the things I love about my life now.
