    Welcome back to sparkpeople - so glad you have returned. Please go to your sparkpage and update it (make sure you put the date of your update) so that when we come to say hi we can read how you have been doing.

    Take it one day at a time - plan out one day of healthy meals and then commit to eating only what you wrote down. Build on doing that.

    Myself my plan consists of 3 meals, no snacks, no sugar and no flour and I measure all my food using a digital food scale. I do this taking it one day at a time committing to your food plan just for one day - we can all do it for one day. Then when you get up tomorrow commit to your food plan just for that day.

    Remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated
