Happy 2021!
To welcome in a new decade I have decided to focus on being happier in life and with myself. I want to enjoy every day and make the most of every day's possibilities. My goal is to lose weight and to gain strength and be healthy and fit. I want to continue to learn how I can be healthier , stronger, and happier. I am a proud mother of four and I love my family very much, so I want to do all I can to make sure I take care of myself now and later.

My Goals:
Become stronger, fitter, and healthier.To do this I need to exercise daily if even for 10 minutes, add strength training to my routine 3x's a week, and eat healthier.
Be happier by focusing on what I want and what makes me happy. I truly don't know, I have spent so much time focusing on my family and how they feel and what they want that I have lost myself.
Be more independent. I am a stay at home mom, I want to do something with my time other than clean house and exercise and worry about how to lose weight. I know there is more to life than this and I hope to find it this year..
My Program:
Flexibility is what I am about so I may not do the same routine every day.
Do my youtube videos at least 5 days if not very day.
Walk on the treadmill or outside whenever possible. For the Treadmill I would like to do 30 minutes every day but the outside walking can be at any time.
Do Strength training 4 or more days a week.
Personal Information:
I love to be social and have a good time. I love to travel, shop, and being creative. I have a husband and four children that I adore but who also drive me crazy. My oldest son has started college this year and it is an out of state college so that has been hard for me to get used to. I am visually disabled which makes doing most things harder but I tend to rise to the challenge.I love all things glittery and shiney and my little girl is beenie boo crazy and I am a little bit too :-)
Other Information:
I have a hard time being consistent.
My emotions get the best of me sometimes and I lose my focus.
I love being part of a team.
