Hi! I'm Mary. I'm pretty much a 12 year old stuck in a 33 year old's body. I'm a married American/Canadian living in Leicester, England. I love to travel but I hate flying. And transit. And people. I have a sick obsession with tea, the weather, Christmas, and Primark. I'm into art and all kinds of crafts, cooking, and baking. I love animals, cute things, everything vintage, and I like to pretend I'm a domestic goddess.

What do I do? I count weight/activity-specific calories, and I work my bum off cleaning the science rooms of a high school five days a week. Holy Toledo, I think it's working!

I've struggled with my weight ever since I was a toddler. I've yo-yo'ed back and forth for so many years, and I am absolutely RIDDLED with white stretch marks from so many times of gain and loss, gain and loss. I want to get to a healthy weight again before my health takes a bad turn.

My Goals:
For 2018, my goal is to go from 239 lbs (March 22) to 199 lbs (December 31).

My overall goal is to get back down to 150 lbs.

My Program:
- Staying within my daily calorie range, paying close attention to macros.
- Tracking everything I eat in My Fitness Pal.
- Exercise five days a week.
- No full restrictions on certain foods, but limiting instances and portions instead.
- Giving myself non-food rewards for achieving goals.
