    Thanks for the motivation. I've been working out for the last month 3-5 weeks cardio and ablounge chair ( I highly recommend it!), so that routine is set.

    My problem is that I'm a great cook, love to cook and enjoy different cuisines! Oh well, all in moderation. I have a plan for my calories, I have in the pass used lean cuisine's or other similiar meals for lunch at work and it works great. It's the snacking and the meal at dinner time I will have to monitor.

    Thanks for the scripture for encouragement. I read daily and hope to even more to be healthy and of service to the Lord while on earth!

    We're here for you - looking forward to many posts from you! I've been with SP for 4 weeks now and it has been a great blessing, inspiration & motivation. I've lost 7 pounds and would not have if I had not found this site. I was ready to give up all together when I found SP. I'm very motivated now! I mostly count calories and walk to reach my goal. I hope to lose 20 pounds by Christmas.
