Introduction Text I am so glad you took the opportunity to visit here today! All of our successes are based on staying connected, helping each other and learning from each other! I believe: No diet works and every diet works because truly it is just a mindset. If you have dieted a lot you know what works. Yet it is only when you put your mind to it that the changes happen. It must be consistant, positve and motivated!

My goal is to get crystal clear on what I want in my life. I know I want my body to feel and look better. That is why I have joined here. I also want to focus on my passion and get back to doing what I love.

Life - that is my program. This is going to be the life change that is my future!
