I have decided that it is time to get back on track and live a healthy lifestyle.
I have not been one that can ever say I am on a Diet and stick to it. Every time I do all I think about is food and all I want to do is eat and I have cravings and munchies All the time.

I have been on spark before and I know this is the best place to be, the problem I had before is never being consistent and stay dedicated to logging in everyday and keeping track of what I was eating.

I have made a commitment to myself that I will take even just 10 mins a day to log everything I eat and the exercise I do so I can stay on track and be accountable to the most important person ME.

The other thing I have done this time is there is a challenge going on at work the healthy lifestyle challenge.
Basically what it is all about is your get a team of 8 people together we all weighed in on Jan 28th. The challenge goes till April the team the loses the most weight gets 100.00 donated to their favorite charity.
So I thought this is perfect it motivates me to stay accountable to myself and also to my team.

So right away I knew I needed to sign back up here at spark plus I encouraged my team mates to do so too.
My first week on spark I was within my calorie range every single day the only thing I really changed was cut out the snacking on the junk food at night in front of the tv one of my most favorite thing to do
. But I registered on spark On Jan 27 I weighed in at 187 pounds 1 week later On Feb 2nd I weighed in at 178 pounds That is a 9 pound loss!!
I was at first shocked I stood there for a moment then the dance was on my 3 dogs were barking and jumping up and down right along with me lol.
That is the biggest loss I have ever had in 1 week and all it took was for me to be honest with myself and keep away from the potato chips.
So I have set my goals short term and Long term and lifetime I have kept it real so I do not get discouraged.

I love life and I live every moment to the fullest.
I will always be accountable to myself every single day.

    Hi Lauretta, thanks for the comment on my page and feed.
    How's life been treating you this past week? You said you
    were tired, is that because of work?
    Since Tuesday night I have been on my own. My hubby
    went to Victoria, B.C. to visit his daughter. So now this
    leaves me with all the work to do and walking the dog.
    That is one of the reasons why I am so tired this week.
    Today, Sunday I am staying home and resting somewhat.
    Still have to exercise but will try to have an easier day.

    I saw a comment on the Calling Canadians site. Don't
    work too hard lol.
    I've been keeping busy this week myself. Today I had a
    dentist appt. Then over to the mall and walked a while.
    Came home and ate, then exercised my butt off lol.
    Wed. I am taking some time for Me. Hope you can still
    fit in a bit of exercising. It must be hard. Anyways,

    Thanks for stopping by to leave me a message. I have not been going on to SP for awhile and it's nice to know friends noticed. Too much to do and not enough time. I am so very busy in the last couple of months and found SP was consuming too much of my spare time and I decided to cut back. I still check in once in awhile and after I have finished my 5K in a couple of weeks time I will leave a blog posting of how I did. Am going away for a week to Saskatchewan to a cousins reunion at the end of this week and then have the run the following weekend so I have as I said I've been keeping active and busy.
