Fitness Minutes: 155,963

My Goals:
To lose 5#'s each month. To weigh 170# by my birthday next year. To start a business for a variety of reasons...

My Program:
 Daily workouts; alternating between upper, lower and core with cardio to start it off. Trying to maintain a low calorie range of eating during the day. Watch out for cravings. Learn to move more during the day, stay away from too much "couch potato time".


Personal Information:
Married to a great young lady 34 years next month. 2 sons, Grampa to 3 dogs and 2 cats...


Other Information:
 Retired, but don't enjoy it. Just being honest, as I didn't plan well for this chapter of my life.
