Since the last time I was here back in 2007, SO MUCH has changed!!! 😱 I've had 3 children and what I THOUGHT was a rollercoaster ride 🎒 through weight loss and weight gain before, was NOTHING compared to what I've been through in THESE last 11 years!!! I went from 123 lbs to 230 lbs at my heaviest, fluctuating between 200 and 157 and BACK to close to 200 in between having kids!!! πŸ˜– However; after becoming a Beachbody Coach and becoming consistent in my workouts AND eating clean, I have FINALLY found something that works for me!!! Since January 1st of this year, I've lost 26 pounds so far...AND COUNTING!!! 😎 I can't WAIT to reach my next set of goals!!! πŸ’ͺ

Fitness Minutes: 7,450

My Goals:
After two babies and too much weight gained, I'm finally getting back on track. I want to be the fit woman I once was. My goal is to be the healthiest me I can be!

My Program:
Right now I am counting calories. I try to eat no more than 2000 calories a day (I usually am in the range of 1400-1700). I'm also keeping track of all the nutrients I take in, for example, fiber, protein, etc., making sure I get the recommended daily amount each and every day (I'm also still nursing, so I need to make sure I get all of my vitamins!). I try to drink 8 8-ounce glasses of water a day, too. As far as working out, I'm running at least an hour a day, doing crunches and lifting dumbells. When I have the energy after running around after two little ones, I try to add in an extra hour of working out!

Personal Information:
I am currently living in Texas and love it! We own our own home and life couldn't be sweeter with two adorable daughters! My husband is in the Army and I'm very proud of him and all he does for us and our country! :)

Other Information:
I love to read, dance, sing, do arts and crafts, and bake cakes!
