My Goals:
My goals are to create the healthiest version of myself physically, spiritually and emotionally.
I would like to be able to motivate and teach others what a healthy lifestyle can do for not only your body, but your emotional health as well. It has been a while since I've updated my goals here. After losing my sister in August of 2018, the grief I've been working through has kept many goals from being completed. I'm working through it the best I can. I'm feeling stronger now, and am branching out into newer areas of creativity in my life. Hiking has become my cherished love, running is starting to happen more and more again, yoga saves me

I've discovered a love for making videos of my hikes. As I work through my creative processes, and all of the learning curves, I hope to share these with my fellow sparkers and maybe inspire someone, in some way.

My Program:
My nutrition program is still eating unprocessed, "real" food. This has helped my weight and running tremendously. I've learned to love food in its natural state and am having a great time using new spices to up some flavors.

My name is Brenda, I'm 51 years old, I'm blessed with two children ages 30 and 25. I have two beautiful grandchildren, who have taught me what is most precious in life. Love. I love healthy living and strive to live it every day. I love to run and hike!
