Introduction Text I now have 7 precious children, and about 5 pounds of each of them that I am still carrying around. I'm so tired of losing weight only to gain it back and I have some terrible, horrible, awful eating habits. I want to lose the weight, but I also want to have some control when I walk into the kitchen. Ready to start filling my beautiful family with nutrient rich foods to hopefully cure our multiple ailments and also prevent cancer and heart disease. 1/14/2014 157.7

Stop binge eating. Reach 140 and stay there until the next pregnancy. Be proud of my shape at 140. (Hit 140 April 2009 Woo Hoo!!!)

Green smoothie or oatmeal breakfast. Huge salad with beans for lunch Cooked veggies with dinner. NO eating between meals for after dinner Lindsey!!!

Mom of four.. whoops! It's been a few years, now there are 7!... who loves reading blogs, listening to my children giggle, having my nails painted, finding new recipes, and living in a home that does NOT have carpet under the table. :)

I've been in shape before...as recently as 2008 (stair climber for just 30 minutes a day!) but it seems so very far off now. In fact, I went 14 whole months without doing ANY exercise due to an injury. (That's my excuse). Not sure how we are gonna turn this around.
