Took a little detour and will no longer continue to punish myself for not being where I thought I would be if I stayed on track. Reminding myself that this is a journey, and it really doesn't matter how long it takes me to get there as long as I reach the finish line. All of this didn't happen over night. So why not just enjoy the scenery along the way...

Yes, I could continue to allow myself to get frustrated over the fact that my clothes are fitting a little snug, but I'm not going to waste my energy on that. Instead, I will channel it into determination and an honest effort.

Similar to the previous times where I've managed to lose weight, I acknowledge the connection between my past & how my association with food evolved. THIS IS A PROCESS, and I give myself permission NOT TO BE PERFECT all the time. I make my own choices, and for the ones that are not so great, there is nothing that says that I cannot make that choice again.

The "d" word does not exist in my vocabulary; I prefer to LIVE-IT!

My Goals:
Get to goal weight of 150 (high end of my BMI range; I am 5’6”)
-stop biting my fingernails (and not shove more food into my mouth during the process). (Nails on my left hand are growing, but on the right hand (dominant), they break easily)
- become an American Ninja Warrior
- run the Boston Marathon (& hopefully with my dad)
- complete a Spartan race or a Tough Mudder



My Program:
struggling with thyroid issues, so for now I'm just going back to the basics

Weight Watchers - Purple
Starch Solution 5 out of 7 days
Vegan Keto on Saturdays & Tuesdays

GirlTrek walks at noon Mon-Fri (or listen to podcast & do 30 min walk on my own)
Wii games (Zumba, DDR, Walk it Out)

    Yes, Chalene is beyond full of energy. I also never got into her PiYo but I did love her Chalean Extreme, but I am a sucker for weights.
