I'm 60. Live in PA. Found out in June 2016 that I have severe osteoarthritis in hip and in my knee. DR said have to lose weight (lots) before surgery could be done. Have had weight problems all my life. Now the one way I could exercise before (WALKING), has been taken away. My mobility has gotten worse over the years. Walk with 2 canes or something for support. And Still haven't lost the weight.

Lost my husband of almost 41 years unexpectedly on DEC 29. 2017.
