    Yes, you do seem to have a lot on your plate. Think excitement, plan on doing the little things that will make you the one with the prettiest and most efficient little kitchen there is. I bet you have it in you. Do it as part of your nutrition program....mostly do it for YOU!

    thank you for your comment but just to straighten things out that post wasnt about feeling bad about eating cheese it was just to say that is what we had for a snack i love cheese and wouldnt ever cut it out i had comments about the cheese part of that post and if you read the post above it you will see what i was saying

    Thanks for your comments and yep, you're right....most of people prefer instant gratification. A diet pill, or something like Nutri-systems or Slimfast, but what do we really learn from popping a pill or having our food delivered or drinking a shake to lose weight? I'm not so sure that those options are even all that healthy.
    I'll stick to the short & sweet answer when people ask me what I'm doing, and like you and others have said, 'If people want to know more then they'll ask'.
