I'm 63 years old and have been trying to hold off a knee replacement since age 39. Cancer survivor 18+ years, Case manager for a non-profit in permanent supportive housing. Distinguished Toastmaster and 2012 Semifinalist International Speech Contest.. Blogging and Twitter diva. Love reading, writing, swimming, gardening, cooking, the mad man with the blue box, dragons, my dog, fermented foods, my Instant Pot, and altered art.

My Goals:
Avoid knee replacement for another 10 years. Healthy blood pressure. Working on a 10% weight loss, then will hold for a while and then do it again.

My Program:
 Lifestyle change. I'm more concerned about a balanced, sustainable lifestyle than the number on the scale.
