2009 is MY Year!!!
I made some good changes in 2008 but I was not as Consistent as I should have been. So 2009, I am resolving to really get it done. No more excuses, no more putting off what I can do today!
My resolution this year is to be the BEST ME that I can be.
I will do this by:
* eating healthier
* exercising daily
* surrounding myself with positive people
* be the Best I can Be!

My Program:
Drinking a gallon of water a day.
Exercising for an hour every day.
Strength training at least 3x a week
Eating a well balanced meal. Eat whole grain food. Lots of veggies and fruits.

I am from Mapusaga Fou, American Samoa. I am in my 30s and I currently live in West Jordan, UT.
