Why I continue to take extreme amounts of weight off and put it back on is beyond me. Certainly maintaining has continued to be problematic. Meanwhile it's beyond not healthy to be at this weight and here we go again it's going to come off.

On a mission about this weight journey as someone told me I can't do it. What I know is this, I can do it! I have done it before losing 80lbs and then again losing 60lbs in my lifetime.

What I struggle with is keeping it off.
