Introduction Text I am a makeover in progress. A day, a hour, a minute, and sometimes even a second at a time. It is time to shed the excuses and be an active participant in my own life! My name was formally Syarri on here - but someone pointed out that it sounded like sorry and I that I do not need to apologize for being me. Which made a lot of sense.

To lose the weight and tone my body so that I feel better about myself, and can be here in the long run as an active healthy member of my family.

I try to exercise, and eat right. Not just diet, but to really make full lifestyle changes.
