Hi, I’m Joyce. I live in Maryland.
I’ve struggled with food and being overweight since I was 10. I’m in my 60’s now.
I am widowed with one fur baby named Rocky. Although he weighs 70 lbs, he thinks he is a lap dog.
My current plan is Intermittent Fasting and Low carb.
For exercise I recently got into Body Groove and I am loving that. I also am going to add some strength training.
I work full time. In my spare time I make home ...

To let of my addiction to sugar. To lose about 40 lbs. To be healthy. To feel good about my body. To have more energy.
My Program:
I want to stop the sugar. My plan is to eat real food, to cut out most of the processed stuff. More water, more movement. Intermittent fasting ( eat 1- 2 meals a day) low carb- lots of salads and veggies).
Body Groove 4x week, strength training 2 x week. Walking every day ( I have a dog?? )
