    I have so many goals. I am happy to reach any of them. I have been at this for so long and know what needs to be done. One of the things I have managed to hold on to is water, exercise, and rest. I lose focus and slip . I will never give up. Just going sometimes in the right direction for me is better than none. I love starting a month with plans water, exercise and nutrition. Nutrition is my worst of course.
    My plan for September in nutrition is breakfast oats, eggs,yogurt, or cereal.
    I plan on buying some WW or lean cuisine frozen, (high sodium I know but got to pull this appetite in some way)
    Dinner my hubby is not on board with me so he grills most of our meat we air fry french fries so that helps some .
    I have been purchasing a favorite food of mine every week letting it go for awhile. I usually have something after dinner for dessert , Trying to cut that to 2x a week or none for a time. My portions are too big so i think this plan will be beneficial if I can stick to it.

    Do you have plans in nutrition or water? I saw your exercise plan and it sounds good for you know your body ability. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
