    Thanks for your comment on my page. Let's do this 10/10/10. I am realistic to know it may not be a lb. each week but the goal is 10 lbs. by the end of it. Do you have a strategy? I think I am going to start jump roping in the mornings to get a little cardio in each morning to start the day. I go to the Y a lot to classes and enjoy it. The next couple of weeks will be tricky because we are very involved in the fair and this week must prepare food and animals to take to fair the following week. Good luck with it! May God give us strength to stay the course.
