Thank you for reading my blog about “My 600 pound life” The personal stories and observations shared were very helpful to me and I’m sure to others as well. I did wonder why if a person could be successful losing 100 pounds over a few months on the diet he was given, to prove he could follow the doctor's directions, why not just continue to do that and avoid the surgery. Although maybe at that massive a weight, it is a last resort?

Thank you for reading my blog “Later Never Comes” I was in a place where “later” was threatening to turn into “why bother” or even “never.” Yes, even after 11 years of maintenance, advice, encouragement and support are necessary and much appreciated.
