Rejoined 4/9/10-Another new beginning! Back at 167 and before I reach higher numbers, I intend to be serious about this plan. I'm really into plan in my head and on the computer.....need to put it into action.

I have recently lost 13 pounds, down from 168 to 155 (on a good day). Am stuck stuck stuck for months. I'm entering my late 60's and except for my body, and those brain cells going away, I still feel 16 (on a good day). It is a subject, dieting, that I like to chat about.. Am not at all great with the computer, so bear with me please.

My Goals:

My goal is to weigh 140, and to be able to maintain that weight. I also want to partake in exercises that I enjoy.

Updated (April 2010)..Am following sparkpeople nutrition values and working their workout suggestions.

I am following a diet, and I have joined curves, go bowling, and take water aerobics. Mind you, I don't do this every day, or as much as I should!
