    Good morning. The 22-Day Revolution is the plan that Beyonce and Jay Z did a few years ago when they went vegan for a short time. It's their physical trainers' program.     Let me know if you are interested. This will be my first time doing it. I practice meatless options but I'm not vegan. This will be an interesting challenge. It was also on the Steve Harvey show last week. Couples lost a lot of weight in only 22 days.
