UPDATE 8-15-09 Have lost 66.6 pounds as of today. I am done! Now to maintain. How is that possible?

UPDATE 5-15-09 6 months with Spark - Met my original goal of 55 pounds lost on 4/28 lost 56 pounds as of today ! Joining the summer Biggest Loser Challenge to see if I can lose 10 more pounds... atotal of 66.

I have accomplished so much in my life. I know I can do this too.

I have not weighed myself in many many years. When I did I was so shocked. Even when I would go to the doctor I would request not to be weighed or if I had to I would close my eyes and tell them I did not want to know how much. I thought if I knew it would make me gain more. Well when I got this Tanita scale at a yard sale and stepped on it you could have picked me up off the floor.

I am obsessive compulsive in some degree and when I eat, I eat a lot, when I diet, I do it as well. I hope this isn't just a streak. I really am more concerned about my blood sugar than my weight. The only other problem I have is when I stop eating sugar I usually replace it with wine (to get my sugar) I certainly don't want to lose weight and become an alcholic.

I never in my life thought I would post my weight on a website for the world to see, but this website is soooooo helpful to me. I fill out the nutrition sheet daily making sure I am in the required calorie goal and print it out. I guess that is the oc again. I really don't feel like I am dieting. I love eating healthy food and don't miss the sugar for some reason I havn't figured out yet!
