My Goals:
1. Love to myself no matter what size I am.
2. Realize deprivation just leads to indulgence later.
3. Find alternatives to the sugary treats.
4. Reach my goal size by Nov 2015.
My Program:
Just get out and do it.
I decided to bypass the calorie tracking this time around.
Walk 3-4 miles 6 days-a-week.
Strength train 3 days-a-week.
Personal Information:
A mom on a mission to get healthy and get fit.
Other Information:
I can use all the SparkFriends I can get, so feel free to drop me a line. I love to read the blogs and will not hesitate to drop a few words of encouragement. Let's do this!!
