Introduction Text Hi, I am the Step-Mom to three and the Mom to three. I need a new start. I have let myself go because I have put my family first and not included myself in there anywhere. I have a loving supportive husband that loves me for who I am not what I look like. I need to change today, I am healthy and do not want my weight to change that.

My goal for the next 2 months is not to give up. I am going to get to a health weight. I have diabetes in the family and I want to make sure that my being overweight (obese, I am right on the border and overweight sounds better) does not hurt my health.

I want to eat better and exersize more. That was my first entry. NOW it is I am going to eat healthy and exersize. I now will make sure that I log on to SP and follow the plans they suggest.

My name is Tammy and I live 30 miles south of St. Louis. I have a big family so we have some kind of party constantly. I have 3 step-sons,a son and daughter from my first marriage and then we have our little angel who is 2.

My life revolves around my children and my very loving husband.
