Introduction Text Well, it's almost the end of 2020. Some would say, "thank God!" With everything that's transpired in my life over the past three plus years in particular, I'd say it's a culmination. It's September, and the leaves are starting to change (and fall) even here in Florida. I'm psyched! My son and I love this time of year 🎃🎄🎁🍬🦇🦃❄️☃️🌲 I'm on the Invincible Indigos for the 2020 Biggest Loser Fall Challenge. And the 5% Community 2020 Fall Challenge with the Casual Travelers. I am really inspired by the encouragement, motivation, humility, and dignity of my fellow journey women (and men) on this road we call life. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by January 1, 2021. So let's get crackin'❗

I want to lose 50 pounds, feel healthier, have better cardio and muscle tone, get my son more active, and regain my self-confidence and feeling sexy.

There is heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure on both sides of my family. I want to lower my cholesterol, reduce my blood sugar levels and my blood pressure.

I live in north Florida, near the coast. I am trying to save up money for a car and a house. My son is turning the page into the rest of his young adult life. Time for him to soar! I'm writing the chapter for the next stage of my life. I turned 50 in 2018 and am ready to fly!

I enjoy spending time with my family, music, reading, outdoors, children and animal rights, the beach, politics, the environment, and movies.
