It's been a long time since I've started my journey. I did fantastic after the first three years I had dropped 60 lbs and was doing well! Then worked changed and it became way more stressful that I could have imagined. I love the people that I work with, but not so much when it comes to corporate and corporate initiatives!
I have to re-evaluate everything that I've done, over the last 3 years I have put my 60 lbs. back on along with another 20. I've never been this heavy not even with my pregnancies, and it's starting to take a toll on my body.

It's time to take it back and slowly move forward again!

My Goals:
I need to set my goals again, things haven't been right for a while. I will start with eating and to try to get in an hour a week of continuous movement. It doesn't sound like a lot but is a huge amount of time right now.

My Program:
I need to start over! Starting with journaling my food again and to start back to my walks slowly.

Personal Information:
My name is Kelly and I'm starting to struggle with problems with my knees. Some days it takes everything I have to get up and walk. I'm sure that most of it was because of the work I did but I've also gained 80 lbs over the last three years after losing 60 and I believe it's just starting to take a toll.

Other Information:
I live in Colorado and love it here! I love how sometimes it's warm enough in the winter that I can walk around the area and just take it all in. It's simply beautiful here!
