Fitness Minutes: 13,295

My Goals:
1-2 lbs a week weight loss
exercise 5-6 days a week
stick to the plan and be prepared

My Program:
 2000 calories a day
real food, lean meat, fruits and vegetables
eat every 4hrs


Personal Information:
I live in Wolcottville, Indiana with my husband of 34 years. We have 2 grown married chrildren and 4 grandchildren . I own and manage a Salon.

Other Information:
 My passion is to travel, we have been in all but 4 of the 50 states, Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean, Spain and Italy. Our plan is to retire and move into a motorhome. I like to read, garden, crafts and garage sales..

    Hi there,
    I just added you as a spark friend...hope you don't mind. I've never done that with someone I don't know. I am looking for a buddy and think maybe we have a few things in common. I am retired. My husband and I retired early and lived in our RV for 2 and a half years. It was wonderful! We were supposed to last 5 years before buying a home again but we had to cut it short because of my health and weight. I have about 150 pounds to lose. I'm doin' the menopause thing, started suffering from thyroid problems and of course arthritis in my back, knees and feet from carrying all the weight. Soooo...I joined the spark to get my life back. We would like to travel some more and I don't want to miss out because I can't put the spoon down. Give me a holler if you would like to be my buddy.
