My Goals:
I plan is to reach 155 pounds. The normal hormone balanced healthy body can believe in the weight lose promise. From loving care, lots of sleep, a variety of versatile daily exercises, and positive thoughts combined with balanced and portioned food choices great results will achieve wonderful success. I am going from I think I can to I see results is a big joy. I am watching the goals and stepping into better thinking, feeling and pain free solutions.

My Program:
A low glycemic diet with a great selection of fresh foods from my good list and a wonderful variety of ways to prepare them within my strict acceptable foods list I control artificial anything, processed food, gluten-free, and sulfite controlled, should you have a question about these food guidelines please email me. My better than toxic food choices will balance life, love, and help me get around that nasty oil spill just 4 blocks from my front door! Clean food will fuel my healing, weight loss, energy gain, and my plans for a shimmering future. The exciting tiny steps of progress are rewarded often. My new understanding of processed foods and medical facts and nutritional needs can give me a sound foundation to take my tiny steps. In my little steps, I have found many foods hurt me. I am learning to get nutrition while avoiding my now obvious illness and pain inducing no-no’s. These foods to date are being avoided to prevent further harm and pain.

Personal Information:
I live by the Gulf Coast of Mexico and am adapting to new conditions daily. Physically and emotionally I am very different person. Working towards better things is my carrot now. I have success overcoming challenges . And making positive improvements before took a lot of focus and diligent work. Others like to see me shine. They enjoy the reflection. Let’s do it again! For now I can see the magical forest and the trees are so amazing! So each day I step out into the forest for some activity and I will reflect as I return home to find things are a little better each trip.

I am on a mission to make a new me using nature and my spirit. I am staying active and learning something new and wonderful everyday. As I take two steps backward and one step forward, I am stepping to a tune leading to joy, beauty, and love. And
sometimes I can even reverse these dance steps!

    Margie! I found another puzzle piece to fibro! Look up SIBO testing. You can order a breath test and if positive for hydrogen or methane, try antibiotics or herbal antibiotics and low-FODMAP diet (+ SCD combo is especially helpful. And I try for paleo of course). I have more info in my blog. I hope you are well.

    I'm So Glad the list helped you find your recipe.
    I'm on a mission to stock up, too. Just "in Case" type things...
    I'm making most things into powders. Cook what you like, like corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, or beans. Puree them and then dehydrate the puree. Once dried, grind with a coffee grinder.
    You can even dehydrate beef or chicken or veggie broth to make bouillon !
    Then you can use the powder to make pumpkin pies, cake or muffins, etc.
    Corn mash, carrot mash or anything with the powders...
    They don't take up much room in the pantry either.
