Joined Sparkpeople many, many years ago but closed the account mid 2019 as I thought I could do this without the support. But I have returned as I realize that support is very important.

Was a normal healthy weight till I got into my early 20's then started putting on. Would think 'Well I will do something before I get to 125' then it changes to '150' then it got to 175, and so on until it hit my all time high of 316.

I have many illnesses - Diabetes, osteoarthritis, acid reflux, IBS, a back condition re lots of pain since birth, and many other issues.

My med's cost me over $300 per month which is to much when you are on a pension.

With my doctor's approval as of November 5 2019 I started a program of No Sugar, No Flour. In February 2020 I will get new blood work done as he wants to monitor the results carefully as he said their is a good change I will be off a lot of my meds within 6 months or so.

My Goals:
Goals for 2020
1) 90 oz of water per day
2) meal plan the night before for the next day and stick with it
3) measure out all food and be 100% complaint with No Sugar and No Flour
4) start a walking program to regain some more mobility back
5) read the Bible daily with my husband.
6) make 30 - 40 baby blankets for the Pregnancy Care Clinic

My Program:
1) no sugar / no flour at all
2) 3 meals a day no snacks
3) record all meals the night before and stick with it 100%
4) measure all foods
5) keep a gratitude journal and make use of a 5 year journal
