Introduction Text Every day is a brand new day, what you don't get right the previous day can be improved upon the next day. We need to stop fretting about the failures of the previous day and look forward to the new day. It's time to focus on the possibilities of our new day as opposed to dwelling on the previous days failures. Every new day is the chance for improvement. I'm changing my focus from dwelling on the failures of yesterday to living in the moment of my brand new day. I'm also changing my focus to the small and simple things that I can do each day that will add up over time that will see me reaching my ultimate weight loss goal. Each new day is my chance to do those little things that will change my mindset on eating healthy, exercising daily and viewing food in a new healthy way. Each day is a gift to improve on the day before, When one day ends, another day begins. So often we dwell on yesterday's failures, that we regretfully forget to see the possibilities of the new day. May we always look forward to each new day and the possibilities it brings. May we start out each day thinking, "I GOT THIS", if we do that every day we find that we do have it.
