I have lost weight ( 105lbs) but then got stuck and can not seem to get back into diet and exercise. decided to just start out very slow and to just start focusing on healthy and not worry about the extra 40 lbs left to lose.
my exercise commitment for the spring challenge is:
walk 10000 steps each day --
bike some if I get one that fits me
do strength training three days per week ( tues=thur and sat)
do exercise tapes ( ...

2. develop an exercise plan I can work with and has enough variety I don't burn out START SLOW
3. reduce the diet cola and increase water
4. increase mindful eating

Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
1. making one small change at a time.
2. purchased a fitbit and walking 10000 steps per day, six days per week
3. working on developing a strength program along with the walking.
