Introduction Text Welcome Sparklers! My word for 2021 is Present The word present has multiple meanings, most of which concern giving (a present is a gift) or time (the present is right now). The verb present might mean to deliver something like a speech, or perform something like a play. My word for 2020 — 20/20 Vision Vision Board - Creating a sacred space that displays what I love. Vision - Small home with things I love. **We did move to town - it was a good move! My word for 2019 was LISTEN Empathic listening is a way of listening and responding to another person that improves mutual understanding and trust. **The Set-aside Prayer: from (DJBTOO— Donna) Help me set aside everything I know, and everything I think I know, for an open mind and new experiences. My word for 2018 was JOY! Finding Joy in the journey. It was a very joyful year! My word for 2017 was HOPE I have hope in my heart for all good things personally and spiritually. I have hope for a world at peace. My word for the year 2016 was ADVENTURE ! It was a good word and forced me to step out of my comfort zone many times. 2021 GOAL: Get to goal weight with Spark teams. Add to the “JOY JAR” from my granddaughter. Celebrate my 80th Birthday. Travel every chance I get!

Track nutrition and fitness every day. I can not say it enough~ Procrastination is the thief of time. Stop waiting for another day to start over. Every choice counts, so start RIGHT NOW.

My name is Phyllis but I have been called MawMaw for lots of years now. I am now 79 years old, live in southwest Indiana and have an awesome life!

My joys, besides my large beautiful family, are any type of sewing, knitting, quilting, etc. My joys also include traveling and coffee “talks” with very good friends!
