I've been overweight most of my life. I have a husband and we have a daughter now. I want to be my best me for her.

My Goals:
I want to be healthier, more active, and be able to have fun and laugh with my daughter for years to come. I want to be a smoking hot wife for my handsome husband. I want to shop in normal stores without being sad. I am hoping that by making small weekly goals, I can achieve a healthier lifestyle.


My Program:
Week #1 Goals - 1/10/2016 - Create Spark Profile, Increase water intake, Get at least 10 minutes of exercise at least 2x.
Week #2 Goals - 1/17/2016 -



Personal Information:
I live in Chicago, IL with my husband, our daughter, and our dog and our cat. I'm an online high school English teacher/SAHM for our daughter, who has special medical needs. All of our family is back home in Michigan and my sister and I are challenging one another to be healthier moms to the cutest kiddos around. :) We're 6 hours and 273 miles away from one another but we're both tired of feeling unhealthy and unhappy with our outer selves.


Other Information:
My biggest joy in life is our darling daughter. She was conceived after 2 rounds of IVF and she was born 10 weeks early in Dec. 2014. It has been a roller coaster ride ever since with a 370 day NICU stay and now living the trach/gtube life. But we wouldn't change it for the world; she's incredible!

I'm fairly certain it was high blood pressure in my pregnancy that caused her to come early and therefore I know I have to be healthier before I ever TTC naturally or through IVF again.

I'm a big reader (go figure! An English teacher that likes to read...) and have a select few shows I like to watch. I absolutely love spending time with my family and friends, laughing and playing games and just catching up. We like to play "geek games" (aka strategy games like Agricola or Settlers) quite a bit and have game nights with friends occasionally. I always try to look at the positive side of things and laugh my way through disaster. :)
