    Oh my gosh, I so could have written that!
    I've also got a tendancy to be very all or nothing.
    I'm working hard on moderation... yoga (weird as it sounds) is actually helping with that...

    Try to remember that you can only do what you do... you only have so many hours in the day... that you can't change the past and you can't predict the future... but you CAN be in the moment and remember that the actions you're doing NOW can shape and change your future.

    And think about what's MOST important to you... think about how you can fulfill the biggest NEEDS and WANTS first - and then the other stuff fits around that, or it doesn't fit - and that's okay too. Because it's about doing what's best for you and those you love.

    Truly things I'm still working on myself - maybe now more than ever - now that the early "rush" and "glow" of this journey has worn off!
