Hello, I am a mom of three. Kaylee is four years old in april and Aubree is three in july. Mylee was just born 8/08/08. I used spark people before being pregnant with Mylee and lost 20 lbs.

Heres the plan for '09.

100 sit ups 5x a week
25 push ups 5x a week.
30 mins on the eliptical 4 times a week
at least 5 mins of yoga a day (it will turn into more it always does)
Nicholes videos abs, butt and thighs once a week
walk on one of my 20 min breaks 5x a week
walk at the end of my lunch break 20 mins 5x a week
track all food no matter what
eat between 1500-1700 calories a day
Plan out my meals so its harder to cheat
drink 10 glasses of water per day
post daily on wonder woman work out team
post daily on the eliptical team
post daily on the yoga team

I joined Weight Watchers
5 servings/day - lean protein. (chicken lean beef pork fish)
3 servings/day - healthy carbs (fruit oatmeal, whole grain ceral, sweet potato)
5 servings/day - vegetables (this is a minimum to shoot for and can eat as many as I want)
1 serving/day - healthy fat.
Take one day a week to eat whatever I want and not worry about it

Keep a food journal with me and write everything down

My March 23rd 2009 (my 25th bday) loose 15 lbs
(5 pounds a month is reasonable starting Jan 1 2009)

By June 7th 2009 (my husbands bday) loose 15 lbs (total of 30 lbs)
(5 pounds per month)

By August 8th 2009 (My newest daughters 1st b day) loose another 10 lbs
(that puts me where I was before I got pregnant with her)-size 12

By Novemeber 28th 2009 (day after thanksgiving) loose another 15 lbs
(Then I can take advantage of the sales to buy smaller clothes)

By Jan 1st 2010 Loose another 5 lbs
(Goal lost in 2009=60 lbs)


1/7/09-joined weight watchers
1/12/09-1st time in over a year went to the drs and lost weight

My Goals:
From sept 07-dec 07 I had lost 20lbs so I know i can do it again!

I hope to look like a combination of:

1.) Fergie-shes toned and not to skinny and shes healthy
2.) Tyra banks-shes again not to skinny but toned and hott!
3.) jJennifer Lopez-we both have the ghetto booty and she's proof u can still be hott!

My Program:
I am eating about 1700-2200 calories a day. I try to fill those calories up with healthy choices like subway or salads or even frozen dinners from smart ones or healthy choice at work. I eat lots of fruit and veggies and am drinking 8-12 glasses of water a day.

60 mins of walking at work.
Strength training when I have the energy :)

Personal Information:
Things I have noticed since joining spark people:

1.) muscel in my arm
2.) tighter abs
3.) controlled eating
4.) more energy
5.) better mood
6.) clothes fit better
7.) more confidence
8.) ambition
9.) I can now run 2 laps and walk 1 for 30 mins

    Hi Megan, welcome to spark! I saw your huddle on the team leaders and wanted to give you some ideas for your team. One thing that will help is to put your team name in your signature so when you make a post say on the Introduce Yourself board you can get it out there. Challenges are also a great way to get people involved, in my team we do calories burned challenges, weight loss challenges, inches lost challenges, and things like that.
