    Hi Melissa! Thanks for your comments on my SparkPage, I had to deal with the same way of thinking again this brutal winter. I would lose some weight and then lose my motivation and then gain it back. I stopped focusing on the scale and just kept working at improving my habits more, watching my calories and working out consistently. I'm trying to use the sticker system on the calendar to keep track of my workouts, so far it's helping!

    The lesson I've learned is to never give up! It's not a race, but a lifestyle change. emoticon emoticon

    Good to see you back on here racking up the activity minutes! I am trying too.....again :-)

    Its just too cold and this winter has been too long, looking forward to taking my workouts/walks outside real soon.

    My latest thing is xBox Zumba.....lots of fun. I'm trying to incorporate more strength workouts as the big 5-0 approaches in April emoticon
