Back for the 3rd time lol well I guess 3rd times the charm right. I think about why my other 2 tries on this site were not successful and it's because I went overboard with it. This time I am just going to come on here slowly no commitments to any teams as a leader I do not want to continue to let others down.

Well it's been almost a year since I have been on and I have managed to be up and down I am now just looking towards one goal at a time I'm goping to be 20 pounds down by April 25th so far I am 8 pounds down so 12 pounds more in 1 month hopefully it is acheivable after that I will update my next goal.

Here is a little on my background of wanting to lose weight...Joined the site back in 2008 after having a health scare of developing blood clots and thinking that i had a heart attack. It is not a easy thing to go through thinking you had a heart attack at 23!!

So I decided I had to do something about it and I did I lost 40 pounds...only to gain it all back!

So here I am at square three all over again but to only have more motivation my health!!! This will not be a pretty journey and it will be hard but I will succeed this time not only for myself but for my children!!

My Goals:
To be in a swimsuit and feel good.

To buy clothes at a regular clothing store.

To get into a beautiful wedding dress and feel great.

My Program:
Well I have changed my program several times and I will be honest about everything!!

I eat less and consume more veggies/fruit.

I work my abs for 15 minutes and go on the treadmill for 1 hour and also work my arms for 10 minutes.

I do not eat after 6

Personal Information:
I live in Toronto and I am originally from Squamish BC but moved here for my sister when she had cancer. But sadly she passed away in 2004.

I am a stay at home mom of 2 but as soon as the little guy can go in daycare I will be back to work!!

Other Information:
I love horror movies and comedies. I love all kinds of music hip hop, dancehall, soca, rock, classical, mo-town, 80's, heavy metal.

I also love photography and doing outdoor activities like camping,badminton, trail walking,fishing.

I really want to try skydiving,wind surfing,scuba diving, para sailing, white water rafting, etc.
