I'm a 50+ woman from Arizona now living in Colorado. This summer after moving here, I started being more active and eating better. I've had some weight loss, improved fitness and my clothes fit better.

Now that we are getting settled down, I'm going to track my food and fitness and take my weight loss journey to the next level. I have been enjoying all the local trail and trips to the mountains with lots of opportunities to pursue my hobby of photography.

2018 Goal is walking 10 miles a week, 520 miles for the year.

My Goals:
My short term goal is to get 20 minutes of activity each day.
Walking ten miles a week, 520 miles for the year
Climbing ten flights of stairs, five times a week

My Program:
First I'm changing my diet and adding more activity to my daily routine.

I'm from Arizona and lived there most of my life. During my childhood years we did move several times so I lived in many places throughout the US. Now live in colorful Colorado.
