My attitude about eating and exercise has been in terrible shape. I have made meal planning and tracking my food a priority. MORE water and more VEG!!! 10 days in and six lbs less. For reals this time.

Aiming for 10 minutes of heart pumping exercise 3-5 days a week!
week 2- squat/plank during commercials
week 3- walk 3 days a week
week 4- at least one cardio video completed a week
week 5- walk 4 days a week
week 6- run one day a week
week 7- 2 cardio videos a week
week 8- run 2 days a week

Stop, Drop, and Run 5k June 2011 Time- 39:23
Disney's Halloween 5K Oct. 1, 2011-no idea, but fast!
Other Information:
Teaching is my passion and thankfully I get paid.
I enjoy TV shows from Netflix because I cannot stand to wait a week for the next episode!
