Hi I am New To Spark . I have a lot to lose ... I am a Mom a Grandma and a Great Grandma. I am widowed. I want to get healthy so I can be here for my family a long time. I enjoy Bingo .Spades. Floral arranging, and baking and cooking. making up New Healthy recipies. I love meeting new people making friends and helping others once a friend a friend for life !!

goal is to Lose 150 lbs and to take it 10 lbs at a time. So I don't get discouraged and to walk more. Eat healthy and stay commited I also belong to Weight Watchers
My Program:
watch my portion sizes keep low fat and low salt 8 glasses of water a day and to keep focus high protein Low Carbs

Other Information:
I need to do this for health reason had 4 herniated disc's in my back had recent surgery. High blood pressure thyroid problems want to catch before diabetes is my next problem. and with the Lords help and the help of spark I can do it
