I love my body, but now I want the strongest version of it I can have.
I've always been zaftig, but gained 80 pounds while in college. Over the course of the past five years, I've lost about 40 of that and now I'm ready to get rid of the rest.

- Focus on getting strong.
- Do a set of 10 regular push-ups.
- Hike the Grand Canyon.
- Try out surfing.

Nutrition:
• Track my food daily
• 1800-2000 calories
• 4 liters of water daily
• 5 fruits and veggies
Fitness:
Monday: 30 minutes interval cardio, lower body and core strength
Tuesday: 30 minutes interval cardio, upper body strength
Wednesday: Rest day
Thursday: Super, crazy intense cardio and strength interval workout
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: 30 minutes interval cardio, lower body and core strength
Sunday: 30 minutes interval cardio, upper body strength
