Introduction Text Hello, I am 62 years old and a housewife now. I have been married to my husband for 13 years ( June 17, 1993). We have between us 5 children ( mine are 42, 40, and 38) His are ( 21 and 18). Have 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. I joined Spark People in July 2006. It is a part of my everyday life now. If I dont watch my self I can be on here all day. I have been on a diet all my life ( I weighed close to 9 lbs at birth and stayed big all my life. I have tried many diets and body wraps and had my ears stapled. My highest weight was 434 and now I am 231. I want to get down to a 12/14 again.
