FIrst day was horrible. I stayed on track but i just felt horrible. No energy what so ever. I didnt realize taking pop out of my diet would be so difficult. I am really glad i am doing it gradually. How are you doing? Hope your doing well.

Hey MIMI First of all i want to thank you for commenting on my blog. I really appreciate it. I did check out your blog and think it is a really good idea. So i sat down with my fiance and made up my own 1 month chart. I started off kinda small with week one but it does get more difficult as each week passes. With the goals i have set i am sure to see results. You have a very good idea. I wish you the best with yours. I would love to keep in touch with you on both of our progress. emoticon

HI MIMI, I was thinking about starting the 30 day shred this month level 2 first because I need to first build up my endurance. I need to get my left arm strong enough to be able to do the workouts. I had surgery and my shoulder is weak. Why don't you join our september team this month. You'd be amazed at the inches lost. I did not do it for the 30 days straight I did it on consecutive days of running and I still lost 7.25 inches. Then my arm should be strong enough by the time I finish level 3 and I will gladly do it with you.

I understand your issue with tracking traditional Indian food. My daughter asked me to help her find out info on the nutritional values of butter chicken and I went online and did a search and came back with a hit that showed the averages in Indian food.

Here are a couple of sites that track this info...
    http://www.peertrainer.com/DFcaloriecoun
    terB.aspx?id=10583
    http://www.fatfreekitchen.com/nutrition/
    indian-foods.html

My suggestion is use these for averages when eating out and when cooking in add your recipes and then you have them set (use the labels on the packages and enter in the new foods that you don't find)
