Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
A minimum of at least 30 minutes of exercise 5X per week during fall challenge. Build this up to 45+ minutes by the end of the 8 week challenge.
Add a daily step goal during weeks 7-8 of the challenge.
Stop dieting and make a lifelong commitment to healthier choices.
My Program:
My primary plan is counting calories and aiming for a good balance of carbs, protein, fat and fiber. I don't like the idea of "dieting" because that seems temporary. Instead I know I must make lifestyle changes for long-term. It doesn't hurt to switch up plans periodically to keep the motivation stirred up.
Personal Information:
I live in central Florida along with my husband and our two fur-babies, Cosmo & Abby. Our adult kids live in other states so we enjoy traveling to see them and our grandkids. I love going to the beach and being awed by the grandeur of the ocean.
Other Information:
When it comes to food, fitness or faith, the best moment to begin major improvements is the present moment.
