* Walk at least 12,000 steps 5 days a week
* At least 30 min kundalini yoga every day
* Weekly strength training and cardio
* Plant based whole food diet
* Log food and make healthy choices
Personal Information:
I'm 50, married with 2 lovely kids, and 3 gorgeous cats.
I love yoga, nature, birds, cats, walking, reading and drinking tea!
I also like to take pictures, and the photographs in my gallery are all mine (except the ones of me!)
